This delightful lodge (available from Autumn 2007) overlooks the tennis court and enjoys a magnificent location adjacent to the Court Cottages. An extensive deck area overlooking the Tennis Court enables a leisurely breakfast or alfresco meals – barbeque equipment is available. A large hot tub will accommodate four to eight adults.
Living Room An impressive living room has a comfortable sitting area to relax or to watch TV /DVD (digital with cinema surround sound). Kitchen / Utility / Dining Area the bespoke Kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with granite worktops, range oven with ceramic hob and fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer plus a fridge & freezer and granite worktops. The dining area – with comfortable leather covered dining chairs for ten around a substantial oak dining table – has a cathedral ceiling and views to the gallery above.
Bedrooms There are five bedrooms, three on the ground floor and two on the 1st floor; the master bedroom has a king size bed, a Southerly aspect through a corner window, flat screened digital TV,DVD/CD player that can be played in both the bedroom and the en-suite. The en-suite shower room has a shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second Master bedroom has a King size bed, flat-screened TV,DVD/CD player that can be played in both the bedroom and the en-suite. The en-suite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.
The third bedroom has twin single beds.
The fourth bedroom (on 1st floor) has twin single beds plus a sofa bed and en-suite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The fifth bedroom (on 1st floor) has twin single beds plus a sofa bed and en-suite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. In addition to the four bedrooms there is a spectacular gallery with a second spacious seating area with comfortable chairs with an additional digital TV and DVD/CD player.
Bathrooms. On the ground floor is a magnificent family bathroom complete with whirlpool bath and hand-held shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.
A travel cot is available for the smaller guest along with a highchair, stair gate, Babysitting can be organised too, (see below). We also don't expect you to bring those necessities like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc. It’s all there for you to use.
