This superb two storey cottage has access from the courtyard garden with superb copper willow tree water feature. All guests have the use of the extensive south facing terrace in front of Hillfield House with tables and bench’s to enjoy a quiet drink or alfresco meal whilst taking in the magnificent views. Café style table and chairs are available for use near Gamekeepers front door.
A magnificent first floor lounge has a cathedral ceiling and a large church style window to appreciate the north facing views. Heating is by Calidou Cast Iron Radiators in all communal areas covered with Karndean tile flooring with high levels of insulation and double glazing throughout.

The comfortable ground floor master bedroom with east aspect is superbly appointed with rustic pine furniture and a king size carved bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a flat screened TV and along with the family bathroom is served by a stereo CD and Radio Tuner. The beautifully appointed fully tiled en-suite has a magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.
The second ground floor bedroom with twin carved beds, rustic pine furniture is complemented by a large mirror and views to the east. All Bedrooms have fitted carpets, heating by a stylish Calidou cast iron radiators and beds with memory foam mattresses.
