This extensive and magnificent detached bungalow is set in its own gardens and enjoys superb views down the valley. Recently, completely refurbished, with oil-fired central heating and double-glazing.
Locally sourced delightful pine furniture to complement the natural hues of the curtains and fabrics giving a rural feeling and provides exceptional accommodation for nine to eleven persons and off road parking for four cars.
The front door gives full wheelchair access through a stylish hallway to all rooms. The fabulous comprehensive kitchen is fitted with modern appliances housed in hand crafted pine units, including electric fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and CD player.
The magnificent dining area, with french windows leading to two outside patio areas with access to barbecue equipment and picnic bench.
NEW HOT TUB A large hot tub will accommodate four to eight adults on the south west side to while away a sunny day and watch life go by.
The lounge with stylish comfortable seating has the benefit of oil fired coal burner, a large flat screen television with home cinema system and DVD player. The Lounge has french windows leading to a large decked area with a south facing aspect and magnificent views of the valley.
The master bedroom, equipped with a king size double bed and delightful pine furniture, has wonderful southerly views and the benefit of a beautifully equipped en-suite shower room.
The second well appointed double bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with overhead shower.
A further three bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and the fifth futon room (fold out double bed with bunk bed above) with TV and DVD player. The superbly appointed main family bathroom has a whirlpool bath and piped music.
